Parenting is about establishing boundaries but giving the freedom for growth. As parents at times, we overlove which can cause a child who is overly independent to their parents.
As a parent of preschoolers, it is important to hear our children voice. When parents become emotionally attuned to their child, they really hear and see their child for who they are. The aim is to strengthen the child's resilience and build up their internal coping skills.
In this workshop we will learn:
-How to nurture and re-parent your inner child to become more attune and regulated in day-to-day parenting.
-How to build a healthy relationship with your child.
-How to help your child with feelings of anxiety and detachment.
-Tips on day-to-day parenting challenges and behaviours of preschoolers.
-How to break old routines and build new ones.
