This class seamlessly weaves together meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and body, integrating all aspects of YOU. With a focus on neck, shoulders, hips, pelvis, abdomen and spine, this hour-long class will help you rebuild your strength, improve your posture, increase energy levels and leave you feeling rejuvenated long after the class is finished.

About the Author:
Stacie is a 250-hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga and Fertility Yoga. Stacie has a Bachelor of Education, is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, and has over 15 years of teaching experience with children from 2-12 years old. She left the classroom in 2002 to expand into the world of kids educational media and has been working as a freelance educational consultant since then.
