Babies have different sleep patterns. Some take long day naps while others only have quick naps. Some wake up frequently through the night while others may sleep through or wake up occasionally. Their sleep patterns can also change a lot in the first year.
In this 45-minute workshop, we will be discussing the sleep patterns and expectations for a newborn to 12 months old baby.
