Sleep is important for both you and your baby. As parents, we often find ourselves searching for that perfect formula that promises restful nights. But to a newborn, sleep is the brain's main activity. And for a newborn, there's no such thing as night and day. So they sleep and wake on their own schedule.
Getting your baby to sleep through the night is a skill. It is one both parents and baby are learning. In this 45-minute workshop, we will learn how parents can help their child have a restful night.
