About this Course

Parenting can be tender, terrific and tenacious. Parenting is about understanding your children's budding personalities!

From tantrums to kisses, curiosity and big voices. From teary cries to giggles that melt your heart. As parents we always over burn ourselves with concerns, are we doing enough? At times we even over-parent.

In this workshop we will learn:

• How to enjoy parenting with greater intention and in ways that are more suitable to proper child guidance.
• When enough is considered enough.
• How to uncover your own parenting myths in a healthy way.
• How to build healthy boundaries with your child.
• How overdoing it can actually be harmful to your child.

About Your Instructor/ Author 

B.Sc, MA Counselling, OACCPP Alyson Schafer is a family counselor, TV personality, columnist, spokesperson, educator, and consultant. She is one of Canada’s most notable parenting experts. Alyson is the resident expert on these national outlets: HuffPost Parents, The Marilyn Denis Show, CTV News Channel, and Canada.
