Having a hard time dealing with your daily life? You do not have to look far. We can learn a lot from our children.
To foster a more carefree and joyful outlook on life, we should explore happiness by embracing the carefree and playful spirit we often have as children. This involves allowing ourselves to play, be imaginative, and enjoy the present moment without worrying too much about adult responsibilities and pressures. While adults often criticize themselves, toddlers naturally avoid self-criticism and use positive self-talk to boost their confidence.
In this 45-minute workshop, we will explore techniques to rediscover how our playful, imaginative, and curious nature, as seen in toddlers, can boost our confidence and joy.
