About Christina Instructors Courses

Christina Crowe is a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and the owner of Dig A Little Deeper, Psychotherapy & Counselling.  Christina’s practice began in Caledon in 2015 and has grown over the years, adapting to serve the growing community, which now includes all of Ontario.  In 2018, it became a group practice and continues to be a thriving modern mental health hub, adding to its services, psychological assessments, ADHD coaches, counselors, parent coaches, and psychotherapy graduate interns.

Christina has clinical experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD (family behaviour therapy, adult and/or child coaching), PTSD, supporting the recovery of treated eating disorders, marriage/couples challenges, separation and divorce, co-parenting, remarriage & stepfamily development, a family of origin conflict, childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse and providing grief and parenting support. Christina is the author of the online course, DIY*ADHD, a self-paced and evidence-based program, for any newly diagnosed (or parenting an) ADHD brain.

Christina has a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Certified member and a board member of the OAMHP - Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (formerly OACCPP), a member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
